Google Business Profile
Your Google Business Profile is the listing that appears on Maps and in the three-result box at the top of a local search. It is free, it is the single strongest lever in local SEO, and it is the thing most small business owners fill in once and never touch again — if they have claimed it at all.
We claim it, get it verified, and then fill in every field Google gives you, because each one is a chance to match a search. Primary category alone can decide whether you rank for the term that actually brings you work.
What the setup covers
Claim and verification
Getting you ownership of the listing, including recovering profiles claimed years ago by a former agency or an ex-employee.
Categories
One primary category chosen against what your competitors actually use, plus the secondary ones that widen your reach without diluting it.
Services and attributes
Every service you offer listed individually, with descriptions, plus the attributes customers filter by.
Hours and special hours
Regular hours, holiday hours and the closures that quietly cost you trust when they are wrong.
Photos and cover
Geotagged, correctly sized images of the exterior, interior, team at work and finished jobs, on a schedule rather than all at once.
Products, posts and Q&A
Seeded questions and answers, product entries where they apply, and a posting rhythm your team can keep up.
What you get
- A fully claimed and verified profile in your ownership, with access handed to you in writing
- Category and service structure documented so you know why each choice was made
- A complete business description written for search and for the person reading it
- An initial photo set uploaded and named correctly, plus a schedule for adding more
- Seeded questions and answers covering what customers ask most often
- A short guide your staff can follow to keep the profile current

How the work runs
Claiming and verification depends on Google, and can take anywhere from two days to three weeks depending on the verification method offered. Everything else — categories, services, description, photos, questions — is done within the first ten working days. Once the profile is live we watch it for a month, because Google sometimes reverts edits or merges duplicates without warning.
