Local SEO Audit
Nearly every engagement starts here, because the honest answer to what is wrong with your local visibility is that nobody knows yet. It might be a duplicate listing. It might be the wrong primary category. It might be that the two businesses above you have four hundred reviews and you are not going to win that box this quarter.
The audit answers one question: where is the effort best spent first. You get a short list ranked by impact, not a sixty-page export that nobody in the business will ever read.
What we look at
Profile completeness
Every field on your listing, checked against what the businesses currently outranking you have filled in.
Category strategy
Your primary and secondary categories compared with the ones the map pack winners actually use.
Listing consistency
Every citation we can find, flagged where the name, address or details disagree with each other.
Reviews and responses
Volume, recency, rating and reply rate, benchmarked against the nearest three competitors.
Website and structure
Whether the site supports the profile: mobile speed, service and area pages, structured data, contact clarity.
Grid visibility
Where you actually appear across a grid of search points around your address, rather than from one spot.
What you get
- A prioritised list of the five things costing you the most visibility right now
- Full findings grouped by area, each with effort and expected impact noted
- A visibility grid showing how far your listing reaches around your address
- A side-by-side comparison with the three businesses currently above you
- A ninety day plan you can follow with us or with anyone else
- A walkthrough call to go through the findings with whoever will act on them
priority issues, ranked by impact, instead of a hundred item checklist
How the work runs
The audit takes seven to ten working days from the point we have access to the profile and analytics. That includes the grid scan, the competitor comparison and the write-up. The walkthrough call is scheduled in the following week, and the plan is written after that call so it reflects what your team can realistically take on.
