What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what a web server records automatically.
- Information you enter in the contact form: your name, e-mail address, business name and the content of your message.
- Technical data recorded when a form is submitted: your IP address, the page the form was sent from and the time of submission. This exists to prevent abuse.
- Standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data through this website.
Why we use it
Information from the contact form is used to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal and to keep a record of what was agreed. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and to detect automated abuse. We do not use your details for automated profiling and we do not sell them.
Legal basis
Where you contact us about our services, we process your data on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we keep records for security or accounting, we rely on our legitimate interest in running the business safely and on the legal obligations that apply to us.
Who else sees it
Messages sent through this website are delivered to our corporate mailbox through a third-party e-mail delivery provider, which processes the message solely to transmit it. Our website is held with a hosting provider that necessarily stores the files and logs. Neither uses your data for their own purposes. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to work we carried out is kept for as long as the law requires us to retain business records. Server logs are rotated within a short period as part of normal hosting operation.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to the mailbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we do not keep data we have no reason to hold, which is the most reliable protection there is.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients are communicated by e-mail.
