Work we carry out for a client is governed by the individual written agreement for that project; where the two documents differ, the project agreement wins.

Everything here is provided for general information. Local search changes frequently and what is accurate today may not be next year. Nothing on this website is advice on which you should act without a proper look at your own situation, and no client relationship is created by reading it or by sending an enquiry.
No guaranteed rankings
We do not promise a specific position in search results or on maps, and we ask you to be sceptical of anyone who does. Local results vary with the searcher's location, their device, the time of day and changes made by search providers without notice. What we commit to is the scope of work described in your agreement and honest reporting of what changed as a result.
Your responsibilities as a client
- Providing accurate business information, including your correct legal name, address and hours.
- Providing timely access to the accounts, listings and analytics needed to do the work.
- Confirming that images, text and materials you give us may lawfully be published.
- Reviewing and approving work within the timeframes set out in your agreement.
Where a delay in access or approval pushes the timeline, the schedule moves accordingly.
Third-party platforms
Much of this work happens on platforms we do not control, including search engines, map providers and directories. Those platforms set their own rules, apply them inconsistently at times, and may edit, merge or suspend a listing without warning. We work strictly within their published guidelines and will not take shortcuts that put your listing at risk, but we cannot be held responsible for their decisions.
Ownership
Accounts, profiles and listings created for you are created in your name and remain yours. Deliverables such as written pages, documentation and reports become yours once the relevant invoice is paid. Our own internal templates, checklists and methods remain ours.
Fees
Prices are quoted individually for each engagement, in writing, before work starts. There are no public rate cards because the work required differs substantially between businesses and markets. Payment terms are set out in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees paid for the work in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in the agreement. On termination you keep every account, profile and listing, together with the documentation, at no additional cost.
